David Deighton

As Principal, David is responsible for leading both the strategic direction of the firm and its day-to-day operations.

David brings over 35 years of cross-sector construction and development experience, shaped by a results-driven foundation in the British Royal Engineers. He played a key role, over a 14 year period,  in delivering 13.5 million sq. ft. of mixed-use space at Canary Wharf, London. His career includes leadership on high-profile hospitality projects such as the Four Seasons Park Lane and international assignments in the Bahamas and Barbados.In New York, he led the ground-up development of the Whitney Museum of American Art and held a partner role at Lehrer LLC. His portfolio includes complex projects like The Rockefeller University’s new lab building, constructed over the FDR, development monitoring for one of NYC’s tallest residential towers, and advisory roles in a number of construction technology startups. Most recently, he served as Project Director for a major stadium development.
